Wisdom Steps Donation Form

We now have two methods of making a donation. You can send us a donation by making an online payment with your credit card via PayPal. Your donation will be received, and a receipt will be generated for you once PayPal confirms your payment.

The second option is to submit your donation using the form below, and then mail a check or money order as payment to the address listed below. When submitting your donation with the form below your payment will still need to be mailed to us.
